Ab Yanni, born in Melbourne Australia, trained with some of the elite clubs including Mixed MARITAL Art, Integr8 and Dominance MMA. Moving to Canada in early 2014, to pursue work and family commitments where over the last 2 years he observed the need to help pro athletes, the business community and the everyday person that wanted to challenge their mind and body by pushing them physically and mentally to overcome the daily struggles of life. Ab has built a community that meets every other day on a journey of discipline and self-discovery while building a community based on a theme and dedication to… – BE BETTER. This is obtained through support and exercise to overcome perceived barriers that we tend to create within our comfort zone. Pushing though individual limitations helps drive the feeling of achievement, positive physically change and be part of a comradery to reach new heights collectively. Each class begins with segment of bootcamp-style movements designed to warm up the body and spirit while building upon a foundation of mental strength. This is followed by a segment of boxercise / self-defense combinations waking up the inner warrior, developing practical skills, and building coordination all while keep the up the heart rate. The class is concluded with meditation and stretching segment which focuses on the critical essence of breathing, coming home to your inner influence, and releasing negative energy or concerns outside of one’s control. This community has grown into a support network and lifelong bonds, it even includes its own apparel line, that truly transform the mind and body.
