Leadership as a topic is one of the foundations of executive development and growth, and a myriad of frameworks that describe leadership have been designed over the past decades. Why did experts of Aalto EE decide to design a completely new framework to encapsulate the company’s approach to leadership development, and what makes this framework different from the existing ones?
