Laura Tingle on why Labor can’t quit gas

Australia is meant to be transitioning to an energy future not powered by fossil fuels. But the federal government has put out an energy policy that plans for a life for gas “through to 2050 and beyond”.  So, what is Labor up to given it sold itself as climate friendly at the last election?
