One of the government's top priorities in its first term is to hold a referendum to entrench an Indigenous Voice to Parliament in the constitution.  Australia is decades behind a number of Scandinavian countries that have already done that for the indigenous population known as Sami.  Today, Foreign Correspondent reporter, Lauren Day on the lessons we can learn from them.
