He has experience in commercial real estate acquisition, financing, asset management, and investor relations. In 2003 he joined Medalist Properties as an equal partner. Medalist Properties is an asset management company that invests in commercial real estate. Before joining Medalist, Thomas was in the capital market business focused on structure fixed income products, including commercial real estate and commercial mortgage-backed securities.
