Falling Off the Cliff of Perfectionism with Moira Maybin, ADHD Mom and Educator

Today, we’re talking to Moira Maybin.  Moira is a mom, and an educator in British Columbia, Canada and she’ll be adding her show to the ADHD rewired Podcast Network in the coming months. In Today’s Episode, Moira shares her story about literally falling off the cliff of perfectionism.  She talks about being driven as a kid in school, how her son and daughter both contributed to Moira realizing she had ADHD, the binocular vision disorder - vertical heterophoria, and how she learned to take care of herself, and let herself rest.
