Turn a Photo into a Sketch

This tutorial comes from Justin Seeley. Justin is the host of the Photoshop Quicktips podcast. Justin was the star at Photoshop World Midnight Madness this past September with his winning tip of turning a photo into a sketch. His tip won the contest and his prize was a new iPod with video.
