ATOOC: Fedex No Gear Landing

The aircraft is experiencing a hydraulic issue and needs to return to the airport due to an unsafe landing gear indication. The plane passes the tower, which confirms that the landing gear has not been deployed, so the pilots must execute a no gear landing.
