What can we learn from the local election results?

As the main parties suffer what appears to be a Brexit backlash in local elections in England and Northern Ireland, Adam Boulton guests assess the wider political impact of the results. The week, however, has been somewhat dominated by the sacking of the defence secretary Gavin Williamson over the leaking of information from the National Security Council.
