I know, I know, I keep calling it Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria. But you can read a bit more about it and how it specifically impacts people with ADHD. It really was one of those moments where so much of how I reacted (and how my kids reacted) made much more sense once I found out about RSD. This episode is probably my most personal one.
