UK under first-ever 'red alert' heat warning

The British government has some advice today, which could equally apply to many parts of Europe and the world: don’t go anywhere and don’t do anything. The unusual advice is because, for the first time ever, the UK is under a red alert warning for extreme heat. Temperatures could reach a record 105 degrees Fahrenheit this week in the country.
