Gaslighting within BDSM can be “You liked it”, “You never said the safe word” or, “You didn’t mean it when you said it!” Although gaslighting is most commonly associated with abusive relationships with other people, you are also capable of gaslighting yourself. Gaslighting is abusive, but Validation makes for healthy relationships!
