Angel grew up in southern California and despite a traumatic childhood and being thrust into gang culture, found success in the Army. While in the 75th Ranger Regiment, Angel experienced a level of purpose and brotherhood that he now does his best to recreate as a civilian with other veterans through his social media and in person meetups.
