S12E05 | The Murder of Susan Shivers (Milton, Glasgow, 2007)
British Murders with Stuart Blues - Een podcast door Stuart Blues - Donderdagen

In this episode, I tell the story of Susan Shivers, a 27-year-old woman killed in Glasgow, Scotland, in March 2007. Susan was stabbed three times in the chest in the late evening of March 3 by a man who'd approached her asking to pay for sex in Glasgow's red light district. Left for dead, Susan managed to make her way to Glasgow Royal Infirmary, where she remained for a few days before being discharged. Twenty days later, she fell ill and died as a result of a blood clot while on her way back to the hospital. Stephen Muirhead was subsequently found guilty of culpable homicide and was ordered to be detained in a high-security psychiatric hospital, where he remains to this day.
