A new project getting women back into work post-lockdown

Women have been disproportionally impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Mothers in particular have put their children before their work, as the impossible juggle of work and home schooling became too hard. More women lost their jobs, or hours, than men. Now Future Womenand The Gidget Foundationare doing something about this imbalance. With the support of the Australian Government they have launched The Jobs Academya program designed to get more women back into the workforce., Jamila Rizvi is the Chief Creative Officer at Future Women.
