Ever-changing drivers and low FX conviction views have been consistent with a $1.06-$1.10 euro-dollar in recent months, but a break of $1.10 toward $1.15 and higher remains feasible later this year. Childe-Freeman believes the positive narrative holds into 2H, with the European Central Bank's and Fed's monetary-cycle lags, a possible adjustment to more-supportive euro-US economic surprises and the US debt-ceiling deal are likely to help the view.
