Today we focus on trainee-led collaborative research, focussing on three of the best examples out there. We chat with the leaders of the British Urology Researchers in Surgical Training (BURST), the European Society of Residents in Urology (ESRU), and the Australian Young Urology Researchers Organisation (YURO).
