Shout out to @zoinkxscooby for the Futura C-3PO hook up. Also the 10” Boba Fett Funko released and is our favorite. Lego released three helmet builds celebrating the 40th Anniversary of Empire Strikes Back - TIE Pilot, Stormtrooper and Boba. Andy got a Boba. The next wave of Black Series figures is trickling out too. *We did a new bit today called “Play with it, or LEAVE IT IN THE BOX” based off the SNL sketch, but actually applied it to two items we had: Black Series Clone Commander Bly (Andy kept in box), and a Forced Unleashed Boba Fett (Josh opened). *#ShowMeYourCollection had two features. Roel @jedirelics is moving so his collection was in 23 bins. Shannon @pcge_podcast had a lot of cool wall art and droids made at Disney parks. *#CollectorTip was from Scott @VaderRapina: when you’re done wearing a beloved t-shirt, cut out the front and pin it to the wall so it becomes part of your collection. *#EasterEgg During Josh’s catch-up of Clone Wars Animated Series, he noticed a Razor’s Crest-like ship in Season 2 episode 17. Dave Filoni had a hand in creating both, so not surprising. *More Shout Outs to: the Paliboys Marc @starwarstoypod and Matt the Universal Collector and John from The Super @AwesomGeekShow. Merci! *Poll results to “who is more popular: Ahsoka vs Rey” and it was Ahsoka in a landslide (70% to 30%). The timing favors Ahsoka, but she also has a lot more on-screen time than Rey. *Lastly, new follower Christopher Lee (not that one) @mrchrislee24 asks “Has Covid-19 affected how we collect?” The answer is yes. Josh considers need vs want as it pertains to social distancing, and Andy is unable to receive 2 packages from Europe due to strict “stay at home” quarantine rules in the UK and Germany.
