Coy became a mother to two daughters in less than two years. This means her life is full of laughs, diapers, late nights, and next to no sitting still! Born and raised in Michigan, she now considers California her second home. During the brief moments between her roles as a corporate climber, mom and wife, she enjoys sharpening her creative pencil. Her intent is to entertain parents and children at the same time. Sometimes it’s the little joys, and inside jokes, that get everyone through another bedtime routine. Read her humorous and delightful children’s books: Love You to Pieces Beautiful Monster, My Mom is the Worst, Best Trip Ever, Princess Winnabelle and the Missing Jewels, and Princess Winnabelle and the Friendship Pie. Coming soon: Princess Winnabelle and the Pet Unicorn. She is also the creator of the Minimal Intervention (M.I.) Birth Method, designed to provide evidence-based strategies, and inspiring stories, to help women achieve more positive birth experiences using minimal medical intervention (Because YOU are Superwoman). Lightning Round 1. What is one fun fact about you that not that many people know? I borrow my clothes from a clothing service called Le Tote. I borrow them and then return them. 2. Who inspires you the most and why My grandpa. He was very inspirational in my life. He passed away last year in his early nineties. He lived a very long impactful life and what I really admired most about him is that he had a way of putting people at ease. 3.
