Op zijn tiende begon de carrière van Gijs Blom in de musical Ciske de Rat. Voor zijn hoofdrol in de film Boys werd hij genomineerd voor een Gouden Kalf. In 2020 speelde hij de hoofdrol in De slag om de Schelde. Internationaal was hij te zien in Dead & Beautiful en in de Netflixproductie The Letter for the King. Presentatie: Max Terpstra
