If you can read that name you know what it means, we'll be fucking up a lot of pronunciations today. Hong Xiuquan was a simple man, in that he was incredibly stupid. Then he decided one day that not only was he not actually stupid, he was goddamn divine. So of course he calls for a crusade, or whatever they'd call it in China. And so begins one of the most bonkers time periods in Chinese history. It gets wild, so enjoy!
