The Spirit of Christ is the Spirit of God is the Holy Spirit.

Live to Love Scripture Encouragement - Een podcast door Norm Wakefield

Romans 8:9 However, you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him. After describing the powerlessness and hostility of the flesh toward God, Paul provided another indication of what it is to be a Christian. It is to be in the Spirit instead of in the flesh and to belong to God. The encouragement we can draw today from this verse is this: If the Holy Spirit dwells in you, then the Spirit of God dwells in you. If the Spirit of God dwells in you, then the Spirit of Christ dwells in you; and you belong to God. How do you know if the Holy Spirit lives in you? Paul answered that question in vss. 13-14. You are led by the Spirit to put to death the deeds of the flesh. We’ll talk more about that in a few days. Those of us who have the Holy Spirit dwelling in our bodies can see the evidence of His presence in our lives. He testifies to us that our identity is in Jesus. He speaks the things of God to our hearts and works out the salvation that God gives us in Christ. He is the Spirit of life in Christ, and we believe and know that Jesus is life and therefore are alive to Christ. The life of Christ is the source of our love for God and for the people God puts in our lives each day. Indeed, does the Spirit of God dwell in you? Receive all that He has for you in Jesus. May we wait upon Him, enjoy Him, and love with Him for His joy and glory. Acknowledgment: Music from “Carried by the Father” by Eric Terlizzi. www.ericterlizzi.com
