A leading figure in US efforts to end the Russia-Ukraine war has said that Ukraine could be divided up “almost like Berlin after World War Two” as part of a peace deal. General Keith Kellogg, Trump’s envoy to Ukraine suggested that the country could be partitioned; with a British and French ‘reassurance force’ controlled-zone in the West, and Russian army-controlled zones in the occupied east.
