Episode 49: Kendra Cocksedge

Kendra Cocksedge was part of the Black Ferns team who just recently won the Rugby World cup in front of a packed Eden Park crowd. That final was her very last game after 15 years in the team.That win put the bow on what has been a mindblowing career:15 years in the NZ Black Ferns. 2015 world player of the year. And in 2018 the first woman to ever win the Player of the Year at the NZ rugby awards.When I caught up with Kendra I offered her transport to my place. She declined and said she could make her own way there….then she turned up on a lime scooter. I really enjoyed getting to pick her brains and find out what makes her tick and I hope you guys do as well.Dom   Hosted on Acast.
