Lest we forget: troops to get civilian records for serious crimes in Defence Force reforms

The federal government has released its official response to the Royal Commission into Defence and Veteran Suicide. It's accepted almost all of the recommendations, and will establish a new inquiry into sexual violence in the military that could see convictions for service crimes follow troops into the civilian world.
