Cost overruns in infrastructure projects: a law of nature?

Nine out of ten public infrastructure projects end up being more expensive than anticipated. In this seminar professor Giancarlo Spagnolo at Stockholm School of Economics will walk us through his research on cost overruns in European public infrastructure projects.
