They have been happily married for over 15 years, and live in the San Francisco Bay area. Tripped Up in a Partnership Johnny – The time he was having a big argument with Lara and then realized he was not really arguing with her.  He was in an argument with all his previous bad relationships. Lara – She learned from this episode that she can speak her truth and have him hear her.  It reminded her the benefit of having a growth mindset. The “DUH” moment that changed your partnerships forever Lara – She was bemoaning yet another failed relationship when her relationship coach drew her attention to the common denominator in all her relationships.  And it woke her up  Proudest moment in partnership Johnny – Being together as a family and having their young daughter, Isabelle, say   And then she wrote them a note. Lara – Realizing they must be doing something right as parents because of what their daughter wrote about them on the bathroom wall. Current Partnership that Has You Excited Johnny – Being honored to help women all over the world find love. Lara – How close they get to become with the women they work with.  It is like family. What is the best partnership / relationship advice you have ever received? Lara – You don’t have to have it all together to find love.  When you operate from this believe you are practicing perfectionism and that is postponing love until you’re perfect…and we all know you will never be perfect.
