In the latest canon book Secrets of the Sith, we get information regarding Palpatine having tried to create a force dyad with Anakin, and Plagueis having tried to create one with Palpatine from the start. This never was a thing. In the last 40 years of Star Wars, Dyads have not existed, nor was it something Palpatine knew about. Just like Vader didn't know Exegol existed, nor did he visit it, like they're now making him do (why wouldn't he just tell Luke where it is as a ghost later on?). I would like to raise my concerns regarding this constant backtracking they keep doing and changing the prequels and originals in order to match their sequel trilogy.
