WHY OBI-WAN NEVER TRAINED LEIA : GEORGE LUCAS REVEALS

In The Empire Strikes Back, as Luke jets off to save his friends, we are left with Yoda and Obi-Wan as a Force ghost watching with great concern. Obi-wan says: “That boy is our last hope.” Yoda responds: “No, there is another.” We find out in Return of the Jedi that “another” is Leia. Why didn’t Obi-Wan train Leia as well as Luke? Why does it seem like Obi-Wan has forgotten about her? Considering that all the Jedi have been eradicated except for Luke, it stands to reason that Leia would have been very important. She could have been another option besides Luke or even a second weapon against the Dark Side.
