Detroit Baker Features Filipino Flavors

Detroit-based baker Jonathan Peregrino is making a name for himself in the city and beyond. He appeared on season 7 of the Food Network’s Holiday Baking Championship, and was a semifinalist in this year’s Hatch Detroit contest. Peregrino has found a niche in whipping up familiar, American desserts infused with traditional, Filipino flavors.
