After the positive feedback I had from my last “Deep Sleep Hypnosis” recording, I’ve written and recorded another special 2-hour intense and powerful “Fall Asleep Fast” Hypnosis audio to help those with insomnia or general problems sleeping – whether that be issues drifting off, waking up too early or waking multiple times throughout the night. The aim of this recording is to help you relax to your maximum level, allowing you to fall to sleep faster, stay asleep more consistently and to awaken and with a clear mind, so you can start the day as you mean to go on. I have also written this with suggestions in mind to help alleviate your sleep problems across a longer period of time, so the subconscious part of your mind will eventually acknowledge and reprogram this time of day as a moment to relax, rest and sleep, rather than be a space for a racing mind, anxiety or high energy. For maximum impact across a longer period, I encourage you to listen to this recording a minimum three times per week. So lie back, and allow me to take you into a deep rest where you can have some unprejudiced solo time to relax, breathe and fall into a deep sleep. Hypnotherapy is an incredible tool that enables us to speak to the subconscious part of the mind – the part that is in control of our emotions and habits, therefore enabling a much higher success rate than just desperately relying on willpower in the everyday conscious part of our brains.
