Hi everyone! I’ve written and recorded this special Sleep Hypnosis audio to help alleviate the physical and mental strains that can naturally come with an unwanted hangover. After what may have been an indulgent evening or drinking session, it can be very easy to slip into a state of regret and self-loathing when feeling the effects of a hangover. More often than not, those suffering may be mocked and given very little sympathy, as the symptoms are generally considered to be self-inflicted. However true this may be, it doesn’t prevent some quite intense sensations that can be quite hard to battle through – with not only the physical comedown but also common feelings of guilt, fear and loneliness. So sit back or lie down, and allow me to take you into a deep rest where you can have some unprejudiced solo time to relax, breathe and fall into a deep sleep – whether that be the evening after a hangover, or even during a much-needed nap within the day itself. The aim of this recording is to help you awaken with a clear mind and much fewer symptoms, so you can start the day as you mean to go on. The recording is also aimed to help form new habits in terms of drinking alcohol and will motivate you to become further aware of the behaviours that may leave you in this unwanted state on more than one occasion. Hypnotherapy is an incredible tool that enables us to speak to the subconscious part of the mind – the part that is in control of our emotions and habits, therefore enabling a much higher success rate than just desperately relying on willpower in the everyday conscious part of our brains.
