This is certainly a frustrating feeling that many of us can experience, particularly after starting off a new year with so many plans and resolutions to build better lives for ourselves. Hypnotherapy is an extremely impactful tool to gain access to the subconscious part of our minds, which (to the surprise of many!) has control of our emotions, behaviours and memories so can therefore be the perfect solution when trying to build or retrieve habits and get them back into the place we want them to be.
