Talking with T-Bird: Michaela Bradshaw For everyone who wanted more T-Bird in the Survivor off-season, your wish has been granted as we once again start up the series “Talking with T-Bird.” Each episode, Rob Cesternino (@robcesternino) and Survivor: Africa‘s Teresa “T-Bird” Cooper (@tbirdcooper) will catch up with a former Survivor player and talk about anything and take listener questions. In the forty-sixth episode of “Talking with T-Bird,” and in conjunction with Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X‘s appearance this week on the RHAP All-Time Survivor Season Rankings, Rob and T-Bird’s guest is none other than Michaela Bradshaw. Rob and T-Bird speak with Michaela Bradshaw, who was one of the most dynamic players on Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X, and so much so that she was immediately brought back on for Survivor: Game Changers. On Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X, the thirty-third season, she started out on the orange Millennial tribe, and immediately became known for her challenge prowess and her honest and sometimes harsh personality. Despite some conflicts, she was never targeted at this stage of the game and she made it to the swap on day 13, landing on the newly formed green Ikabula tribe, where she initially could not hide her anger over the results but made solid inroads with all her tribemates. However, on day 20, she showed Jay and Will how intelligent she was with the way she was planning for the merge and was viciously blindsided by everyone in a 4-1 vote, leaving her the seventh person voted out, the final pre-juror, and finishing in fourteenth place. Two weeks after Survivor: Millennials vs. Gen X wrapped up, Michaela was invited back for the show’s thirty-fourth season and fourth all-returnee season, Survivor: Game Changers. As one of the only two players whose season had not yet aired, Michaela was a wildcard for everyone involved and that’s why first boot Ciera attempted to target her right away. While she didn’t make the best relationships early on, her tight relationship with Sandra allowed her to survive the pre-merge part of the game. At the merge, she pivoted and worked closely with Cirie, who took Michaela under her wing. While she wasn’t popular with some of her tribemates, she was always respected as a strategic and physical threat. At the final seven, after Cirie’s failed attempt at stealing Sarah’s advantage, Sarah blinsided Michaela because of her closeness with Cirie, leaving her in seventh place.
