The bottom 20% of any society in terms of living standards qualifies as poor. In the same way the top 20% qualifies as rich, and everyone else in different levels of the middle class. There are certain rules that dictate who will end up in the bottom 20%. In this video we’re taking a look at what governs poverty and why some people can not seem to escape it.
