OP gives all the details of their revenge story on petty neighbors. OP purchased a house with the intent to flip the house. The next-door neighbors started their relationship off by making OP aware of them being the watchdogs of the neighborhood. They bragged about having ties to people who work for the city, making other neighbors repair their homes, and getting renters evicted who they didn't favor. After a while, they turned their wrath on OP and demanded that he do all sorts of things to his property.
