Before You Make It, This Needs To Happen

To monetize your brand, you need fans. To gain fans, you need content. To create content, you need to be consistent. To be consistent, you need to BUILD HABITS. Control what you can control in your life. What you put in your body (food), your body's output (exercise), what you feed your mind (books), and your thoughts (emotions).  Without consistent habits, you will not be able to create consistent content and build a fanbase.
