I have a board of advisors .... in my head....and sometimes they run riot 🤣🤣 The Coffee Run ep430 I had a 'moment' in my journalling the other day around an issue that I was dealing with and working through. The voices in my head were going crazy. Suggesting I quit, that I didn't deserve what I want and blah blah blah. All of that crazy stuff that can happen in there. I know myself well enough to know that this is all horseshit! But my usual ways of repatterning and releasing this crap weren't working. So I drew upon my board of advisors. IN my head. Which consists of all of my past mentors who I know varying opinions about what I should or shouldn't do in this particular instance. So in my journalling process, I asked each one "What would [NAME] do?" What would you say to me if you were giving me advice... and the outpouring that came from that was so helpful. Why? Because they advice 'they' were giving me, was advice that I would give myself normally - or to someone else who was working through what I was. You know that coaching phrase.. "the answers are within" and all that bullshit?!?!!? Ah huh. Apparently they are ;) hahhahahaa!!! Well, in this instance, anyway. Perhaps that's somethig that would help you? To imagine people you actually know or someone you have been a client of, and rip through the line up and ask them (in your imagination or journal!) what their advice would be. This is why we have mentors in person as well. Outside of your imagination as well, I mean! So you can have someone on the outside looking in, helping you with what you need to do next. You know... forest for the trees and all that. Anyway. Catch up on today's 'The Coffee Run' Ep429 in all the usual places for the full low down on what I was talking about. I trust it's helpful. If you want a real person advisor as well as the voices in your head, funnelicious is open for you!! http://www.nicolajmoras.com/funnelicious/
