The Coffee Run Ep523 I wanted to share with you all a bit about what I learned last year with taking time out - something I hadn’t done over Xmas for YEARS - like literally no time off over Xmas since probably 2009 if not before - and what I’m doing this year. I am kicking off the New Year however it a 2 week kickstart program - you, me and 6am from the 4th of January building MOMENTUM while everyone else is sleeping!!!! I’ve running these for the past 18+ months and they ROCK!!!!!!
