Teaching tools about effective social action and introducing Israelis to effective altruismThrough an accredited university course, university groups, year-long fellowships, short intro fellowships (“crash courses”) for young professionals, newsletter and social media and large public events, along with onboarding new community members.2. Helping community members take action and maximize their social impactIncubating sub-groups (based on cause area / profession)Impact acceleration programs and servicesSupport for community members and projects3. Increasing the effectiveness of donations in IsraelPreparing for the launch of Effective Giving IsraelLaunching the Maximum Impact Program, a program that works with nonprofits to create and publish cost-effectiveness reports at scale (22 reports in the pilot) with the goal of making Israeli philanthropy effectiveness-oriented and evidence-basedCounterfactually raise 500k ILS for high-impact nonprofits4.
