Teaching tools about effective social action and introducing Israelis to effective altruismThrough an accredited university course, university groups, year-long fellowships, short intro fellowships (“crash coursesâ€) for young professionals, newsletter and social media and large public events, along with onboarding new community members.2. Helping community members take action and maximize their social impactIncubating sub-groups (based on cause area / profession)Impact acceleration programs and servicesSupport for community members and projects3. Increasing the effectiveness of donations in IsraelPreparing for the launch of Effective Giving IsraelLaunching the Maximum Impact Program, a program that works with nonprofits to create and publish cost-effectiveness reports at scale (22 reports in the pilot) with the goal of making Israeli philanthropy effectiveness-oriented and evidence-basedCounterfactually raise 500k ILS for high-impact nonprofits4.
