Update time live as I work it and set up FD8 strong challenge; the albums in Facebook group will not let me upload my workout videos in order the nice way playlists are on my uscreen workout video subscription service. You’ll get the workouts one by one and I add the right info to each one so you know all you need! This is the compromise we make for you accessing more than is reasonable with the fd8 kit, and if you DO what my vip clients do they choose to subscribe to uscreen and that way create their one playlist and have the nice flow of my workout playlists there!
