Bigger issue - Rooney or Tomlin?

Who is the biggest problem in the Steelers house – Art Rooney II or Mike Tomlin? The guys think it’s Rooney by a wide margin. When the owner is complacent, nothing gets done. You can get on the coach for plenty of things, but it all starts at the top.
