As this company has gone from a million dollar business to now a multimillion dollar business, my team has had some major shifts and redefining moments. When I first started out, I had no idea how to structure my team hierarchy, but in the past year I have been able to solidify my hierarchy chart as well as my team. Through this solidification we now move as a well oiled machine and are capable of greater productivity.
