21. The von Sydow murders

The von Sydow murders is one of Stockholm’s most notorious criminal cases. It was on the afternoon of March 7, 1932, Swedish politician Hjalmar von Sydow, his housekeeper Karoline Herou, and the maid Ebba Hamn were all found beaten to death at von Sydow’s home in a prominent part of Stockholm.
