#21 Finding Joy in Others' Journeys... Or Not

When you’re on a TTC journey and you hear about someone else’s pregnancy announcement it can bring on emotions ranging from joy to jealousy. In today’s episode, Jazzy and Kat share how they worked through jealous thoughts during their TTC journeys. The goal of this episode is not that you avoid feelings like jealousy but that you be conscious of those feelings and learn healthy ways to release and cope with them.
