INCIDENT 40

Two weeks after the Kenneth Arnold sighting and one day before the Roswell UFO crash was reported in the press William A. Rhodes photographed a UFO over Phoenix Arizona. That UFO looked eerily similar to the UFO's Mr. Arnold had reported seeing just two weeks prior. As a result the U.S. Government took an immediate interest in Mr. Rhodes photographs and what may have been the first iteration of the Men In Black paid a visit to a UFO eyewitness.
