#323 - Low tox living and kids gut health with Kelly Carpenter

A little while ago, Kelly (@TheDetoxedLife) joined our program and her results have been incredible. 🙌 She’s down 10 lbs, building strength every week, and loving how she’s balancing muscle-building and macros while managing life with two kids.
