What’s not to love about a day dedicated to…love? I get it of course, it has gotten exploited and commercialized and has the stereotype of heteronormative romantic love hanging all over it. But hear me out – imagine if every day all of us were more attuned to expressing and showing love to everyone in our lives. Turns out, Valentine’s Day isn’t the only arguably unpopular thing I adore. Today I’m making the case for why these things (like doing laundry and drinking whole milk) are actually le best.
