Black women often feel overburdened and undervalued, and this podcast offers palpable solutions for this undeniable phenomenon. Bonner is a licensed therapist with over 15 years of experience helping people and organizations transform, evolve, and heal burnout. Each week, she dives deep on topics around burnout including career burnout, relationship burnout, and how racism and sexism contribute to the acceleration of burnout-in just 15 minutes!
