Last year in October, the European Parliament took a very important vote to accept a Farm to Fork strategy. It is at the heart of the European Green Deal. Aiming to make food systems fair, healthy and environmentally friendly. Food Systems cannot really be resilient to crises such as the pandemic we've just had if they are not sustainable.
